Shift Type: Rotating shifts, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate critical care to patients in the ICU
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to emergencies
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
Utilize advanced technology in a state-of-the-art facility
Advocate for patients as part of a Magnet-designated nursing excellence team

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
NC RN license or willingness to obtain

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical thinking in high-pressure situations
Proficiency with ICU equipment and protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Commitment to patient safety and quality care
