Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents, making a real difference in their lives
Assist with personal hygiene and mobility to promote independence and dignity
Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly to ensure top-notch resident health
Support activities of daily living with a positive attitude and gentle touch
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in good standing
T-CNA certification also welcome
COVID-19 vaccination or documented exemption required
Ready for ASAP start with valid state or federal ID and photo badge

Education

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong bedside manner and empathy for residents
Basic clinical skills including vital signs monitoring
Excellent communication with patients and team members
Reliability for consistent Thursday-Saturday shifts
