Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in Maine
- Current state or federal issued ID and photo badge
- Completed COVID-19 vaccine series or documented exemption
- Reliable transportation to Waterville facility
- Commitment to high-quality patient care
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CNA training program completion
Knowledge & Skills
- Vital signs monitoring and documentation
- Personal care and hygiene assistance
- Infection control and safety protocols
- Effective communication with patients and staff
- Basic medical terminology and procedures
