Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, rotating weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert respiratory care to fragile NICU patients, making a real difference in their earliest days
Manage advanced ventilation like PB 840 and Draeger vents with precision and confidence
Deliver surfactant and support critical procedures that save tiny lives
Collaborate with a dedicated team in a top-rated facility to deliver outstanding perinatal care
Monitor and respond to patient needs in a dynamic Level 3 NICU environment

Qualifications

Registered Respiratory Therapist license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of experience, including adult and Level 3 NICU
NICU experience required - join us if you've got the skills for our tiniest patients

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy
RRT credential from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with PB 840 and Draeger ventilators
Experience delivering surfactant during critical moments
Strong team-oriented mindset for a supportive unit
Comfort with variable patient ratios and helping where needed
