Location: Anchorage, AK

Start Date: 06-09-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Three 12-hour shifts per week, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, on call required (averaging 5-6 weekday shifts and 1 weekend shift every 8 weeks)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in groundbreaking surgeries including total joint arthroplasties and multi-level spine fusions
Operate DaVinci Xi robotic systems for orthopedic, neuro, GYN, colorectal, and general cases
Maintain sterile fields and ensure seamless OR procedures as a vital team player
Advocate for patients during high-stakes operations
Collaborate with RNs and support techs to deliver top-tier surgical care

Qualifications

NBSTSA certification required
BLS certification
At least 2 years of experience
Hands-on experience with DaVinci Xi Robotic Spinal Fusion (orthopedic or neurosurgery)
Proven skills in orthopedics including Total Joint Arthroplasty

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in total joints and multi-level spine fusions
Proficiency with Xi Robotic cases across specialties
Strong sterile technique and OR equipment handling
Team-oriented mindset with a positive outlook
Patient advocacy in fast-paced surgical environments
