Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during overnight shifts
- Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
- Advocate for patients ensuring their needs are met
- Maintain accurate documentation for seamless continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience
- BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
- Travel nursing experience a plus
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced night shift environment
- Proficiency with electronic health records
