Location: Port Charlotte, Florida

Start Date: 12-30-2025

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, every other weekend and holidays in rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct thorough PT evaluations and personalized treatments to help patients regain mobility
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional acute care
Utilize mobility equipment and Meditech EMR to optimize patient outcomes
Manage a rewarding caseload of 9-10 patients daily in a dynamic 253-bed hospital

Qualifications

Valid Florida PT license is a must
MPT or DPT degree from an accredited program
At least 1 year of acute care experience to hit the ground running

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Meditech EMR proficiency is a big plus
ICU experience for those high-acuity moments
Collaborative spirit with outgoing communication skills to shine on the team
