Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours/week with at least 4 weekends per schedule period

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care to critically ill patients in a 16-bed NVICU
- Manage central lines, arterial lines, intubations, and EVD placements with precision
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of 46 staff members maintaining optimal 2:1 ratios
- Utilize Meditech EMR to ensure seamless documentation and patient safety
- Float to other ICUs, BMT, and PCU areas to broaden your impact
Qualifications
- Active RN license with at least 1 year of ICU experience
- ACLS certification required
- Team player attitude with accountability and genuine caring nature
Education
- RN degree from an accredited nursing program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong ICU foundational skills
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR a plus
- Oncology and neuro experience highly valued
- Proficiency with standard ICU equipment and high-acuity procedures
