Shift Type: Rotating weekends, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to MICU/MSICU patients with compassion and expertise
Manage advanced procedures like central line placements, intubations, and cardioversions
Monitor and operate ICU equipment including ventilators and dialysis machines
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Document meticulously using Meditech to ensure seamless care continuity

Qualifications

Active RN Texas license required, no temp licenses
BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
CCRN certification preferred for top consideration
Royal blue scrubs and adherence to neat dress code standards

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

2+ years of MICU/MSICU experience
Proficiency with ICU equipment like ventilators, NXStage, Arctic Sun, and GE monitors
Meditech documentation experience a big plus
Skills in high-acuity patient management and bedside procedures
