Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care in a bustling 23-OR suite handling elective surgeries
Collaborate seamlessly with a 70-member team in ortho, spine, CV, and robotics cases
Maintain 1:1 patient ratios ensuring personalized attention during procedures
Utilize cutting-edge Meditech EMR to streamline operations and enhance outcomes
Thrive in a flexible, teamwork-focused environment that prioritizes excellence

Qualifications

Active RN license with minimum 2 years of hospital acute care OR experience
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Flexible mindset and passion for outstanding patient care in high-volume settings

Education

RN licensure; BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in elective surgical cases including Ortho/Spine, General, CV, Plastics, GYN, Robotics, and Urology
Strong teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced Main OR
Comfort with Meditech EMR and modern OR equipment
