Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct physical therapy evaluations to assess patient needs
Establish personalized plans of care for optimal recovery
Assist with rounds and care conferences to coordinate top-notch treatment
Communicate frequently with the rehab team on progress, equipment, and discharge planning
Deliver therapy in patient rooms, hallways, outdoor areas, and dedicated rehab gyms
Float between acute/swing, nursing home, and outpatient services as needed to support patient care

Qualifications

NC Physical Therapy license
CPR certification
At least 2 years of experience, preferably 3+ years in a medical setting

Education

Physical Therapy degree with active NC licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Hospital setting experience
Nursing home setting experience
Strong communication with rehab teams
Proficiency in Cerner and NetHealth documentation systems
