Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours guaranteed

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert respiratory care and evaluation for patients battling insufficiencies, asthma, pneumonia, and emphysema
Masterfully operate advanced equipment like Servo I ventilators, Hamilton machines, and V60 CPAP/BIPAP systems
Collaborate with a tight-knit team in a high-volume unit, handling 44-46 procedures per shift
Provide critical support in NICU and acute care settings, making a real difference in patient outcomes

Qualifications

BLS and ACLS certifications required
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
2+ years of current acute care hospital RRT experience
NICU experience is a must

Education

Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with Meditech EMR
Trauma experience preferred
Expertise in ABGs, CPT, nebulizers, and advanced ventilators
Critical thinking in a fast-paced environment
