Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM with rotating weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate total care to critically ill oncology patients including turning, titrating drips, dressing changes, and trach care
Manage ventilators, CRRT, A-lines, BiPAP, and advanced equipment with confidence
Collaborate closely with physicians and team members to provide top-tier ICU support
Monitor and respond to complex patient needs in a fast-paced 10-bed unit
Float to other ICUs and PCU as needed to make a broader impact

Qualifications

Strong ICU experience with at least 1 year under your belt
Proficient in titrating drips and caring for patients on vents
ACLS and BLS certifications required
Compassionate team player with excellent physician rapport

Education

RN license required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in caring for critically ill patients
Ventilator management and BiPAP experience
CRRT preferred along with kidney, pancreas, or liver transplant care
Familiarity with Meditech EMR and advanced equipment like Flow-trac and IV pumps
