Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver advanced respiratory treatments and evaluations for NICU/PICU patients using cutting-edge technologies like high flow devices and Nitric Oxide
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide exceptional care in a Level 1 trauma center
Manage complex equipment including Servo ventilators and continuous nebulizers to improve patient outcomes
Adapt quickly in a fast-paced unit while floating to support adult floors when needed
Champion patient-focused care with a critical thinking approach that makes a real difference

Qualifications

Current RRT licensure
BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required
2 years of acute care hospital experience
NICU/PICU experience essential

Education

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with Meditech documentation system
Expertise in advanced respiratory equipment like 3100A, Bunnell, and Heliox
Strong team collaboration and adaptability in high-pressure settings
Patient-centered focus with critical thinking skills
