Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8 hour day shifts

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat residents in skilled nursing and post-acute settings to improve their quality of life
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that help residents reach their highest functional potential
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for seamless, coordinated care
Document accurately and timely to uphold the highest standards
Participate in care conferences and drive ongoing quality improvement efforts

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist license required
BLS/BCLS certification
Minimum 2 years of experience
Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred

Education

Physical Therapist degree with active California licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills for effective patient care
Excellent communication skills to connect with teams and residents
Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and dependability
