Roles & Responsibilities

Administer precise radiation treatments to cancer patients following physician prescriptions
Collaborate closely with medical teams to execute individualized treatment plans
Ensure utmost patient safety and care standards during external beam therapy and brachytherapy
Operate advanced linear accelerators, CT simulators, and other high-tech equipment
Provide compassionate support to ambulatory and inpatient patients across all ages

Qualifications

Current Hawaii State license as Radiation Therapist
Current CPR certification at Healthcare Professional level
Minimum 1 year of experience preferred

Education

Radiation Therapist licensure requirements met

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in radiation therapy techniques including tomotherapy and stereotactic radiosurgery
Proficiency with linear accelerators, simulators, and brachytherapy units
Strong patient monitoring and safety protocols knowledge
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced oncology environment
