Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care in the CVOR, supporting life-changing surgeries like CABG and valve repairs
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure seamless procedures and optimal patient outcomes
Monitor and manage patients during thoracotomies and complex cardiac operations
Champion patient safety and recovery in a fast-paced, high-impact environment

Qualifications

Active RN license with hands-on experience in CABG, AVR, MVR, and Thoracotomy
CVOR expertise that makes a real difference in cardiac surgery
BLS and ACLS certifications required
California RN license preferred for quick start

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in cardiovascular operating room procedures
Expertise with CABG, AVR, MVR, and Thoracotomy surgeries
Strong sterile technique and surgical team collaboration
Quick thinking and adaptability in high-stakes environments
