Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care with attention to detail
Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document clinical findings
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and update care plans
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans
Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure thorough handoffs

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse license (active) — state licensure required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS or specialty certifications a plus
Clinical experience in acute care settings preferred
Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and patient monitoring
Medication administration and IV therapy
Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation
Patient and family education
Team collaboration, time management, and prioritization
