Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to assigned patients during the shift
Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patient status
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and communicate findings to the team
Administer medications and document care accurately in the medical record
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate care
Educate patients and families about condition, treatment, and post-discharge needs
Maintain a safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care environment

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with telemetry experience (RN - Telemetry)
Available for per diem shift on March 26, 2026 from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Current RN license as required by the state of practice
Comfortable with cardiac monitoring and rapidly assessing patient changes
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the care team

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm recognition
Thorough patient assessment and clinical decision-making
Accurate documentation in electronic health records
Medication administration and basic inpatient nursing procedures
Teamwork, time management, and clear communication under pressure
