Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with 1 night per week on call and every 5th or 6th weekend on call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $71 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional perioperative care across multiple surgical specialties including neurosurgery, orthopedics, and robotics
Collaborate with a tight-knit team that values safety and excellence in every procedure
Support patients through pre-op preparation and post-op recovery with compassion and skill
Float to PACU or ER trauma when needed, showcasing your versatility and dedication
Educate and mentor fellow staff while continuously learning from experienced colleagues

Qualifications

Active RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong experience across all surgical service lines including neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedics, GYN, and general surgery
Comfortable with DaVinci robotics and EPIC documentation
Willingness to work call rotation including one night per week and every 5th or 6th weekend
Must live outside a 50-mile radius and cannot be currently employed by CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity facilities

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in EPIC electronic medical records
Expertise in multiple surgical specialties without specialized team support
Strong clinical judgment for trauma and emergency cases
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility to adapt to varying daily surgical schedules
