Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, evidence-based critical care to adult ICU patients
Continuously monitor and assess patient status, including hemodynamics and ventilator parameters
Administer medications, IV therapies and advanced interventions safely and accurately
Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists and the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes
Document patient care clearly and promptly in the electronic medical record
Educate and support patients and families during high-stress situations

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure or eligibility to obtain RN licensure
Experience working in an ICU or critical care setting
Comfort and experience with 12-hour shift schedules
BLS required; ACLS preferred

Education

Nursing diploma, Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (required for RN licensure)

Knowledge & Skills

Critical care assessment and patient monitoring
Ventilator management and familiarity with advanced respiratory support
IV medication administration and infusion pump use
Strong clinical judgment and prioritization in high-acuity settings
Clear communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary staff
Accurate and timely EMR documentation
