Shift Type: Monday-Sunday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 8-hour shifts

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized physical therapy care across inpatient and outpatient settings
Help patients recover from spinal cord injuries, strokes, brain injuries, and orthopedic conditions
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create meaningful rehab plans
Support patients in both hospital and free-standing clinic environments
Make a real difference in diverse patient populations including neuro, ortho, and peds

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in California
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
Comfortable working in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Cerner EMR experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Experience with spinal cord injuries, stroke, and brain injury rehab
Ability to work collaboratively with rehab aides and nursing staff
Flexibility to cover weekends and holidays as needed
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
