Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized physical therapy care to patients across outpatient, acute inpatient, and skilled swing bed settings
Evaluate and treat an average of 8 patients daily with diverse needs
Collaborate with the rehab team to create meaningful recovery plans
Help patients regain mobility and independence in a supportive rural healthcare environment

Qualifications

Physical Therapy degree required
BLS certification required
Experience preferred but new graduates will receive training and support

Knowledge & Skills

Physical Therapy expertise across multiple care settings
Strong patient assessment and treatment planning abilities
Flexibility to work in outpatient, acute inpatient, and skilled care environments
Compassionate communication and patient education skills
