Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care and monitor patients closely throughout your shift
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately per care plans
Perform timely and thorough patient assessments and report changes to the care team
Document patient status, interventions and outcomes clearly in the medical record
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers to ensure smooth patient flow
Support infection control, safety protocols and facility policies at all times

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Georgia (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification or equivalent as required by facility
Comfortable working 12.5-hour shift assignments
Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Education

Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program or vocational school

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with vital signs, basic patient assessments and medication administration
Skilled in wound care, dressing changes and basic ADL assistance
Familiarity with electronic medical records and clear documentation practices
Ability to prioritize, triage and escalate changes in patient condition appropriately
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
