Shift Type: Tuesday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Day shift)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately as ordered
Perform routine patient assessments and report changes to the care team
Document patient care clearly and promptly in the clinical record
Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care
Provide compassionate patient education and emotional support to residents
Assist with activities of daily living and ensure patient comfort and safety
Follow infection control and facility policies to maintain a safe environment

Qualifications

Active LPN license in New Mexico or eligible to obtain licensure
Current BLS/CPR certification from an accredited provider
Comfortable working in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment (experience preferred)
Strong communication skills and a teamwork-oriented attitude
Ability to pass standard background check and health screenings

Education

Vocational nursing diploma, LPN/LVN certificate, or equivalent training

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic clinical assessment skills
Care planning, documentation, and familiarity with electronic health records
Infection prevention, safety protocols, and patient hygiene support
Effective patient and family communication with empathy and clarity
Time management and prioritization across multiple resident needs
