Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care to patients, ensuring dignity and comfort at every turn
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely according to physician orders
• Monitor, record, and report changes in patient condition — vitals, assessments, and concerns
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and follow personalized care plans
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and home care needs
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record and follow infection control protocols
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers smoothly to keep the unit running efficiently

Qualifications

• Current LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) — ready to practice as an LPN
• Previous clinical experience as an LPN preferred — bring your hands-on nursing skills
• Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification preferred or required per facility policy
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

• Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program (certificate or diploma)

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and documentation best practices
• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Wound care basics and ADL assistance
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and accurate charting
• Infection control, safety protocols, and HIPAA awareness
• Team collaboration, time management, and prioritization under a busy caseload
