Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility needs
Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
Support safe transfers and prevent falls by following facility protocols
Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the care team
Deliver respectful, resident-centered care that preserves dignity and independence

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (Class: CNA)
Comfortable working the scheduled night shifts: Sun, Mon, Sat 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM
Local candidate required (LOCAL ONLY)
Ability to pass background check and drug screen as required by facility
Strong communication skills and a team first attitude
CPR/BLS certification preferred

Education

CNA certification required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
Vital sign measurement and basic clinical observation
Infection control practices and safe transfer techniques
Clear, compassionate communication with residents and team members
Time management and the ability to work independently on night shift
