Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and document patient status, reporting changes to the care team
Collaborate with nurses, aides, and therapists to deliver coordinated care
Support patient comfort, dignity, and quality of life during every shift
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge planning as needed
Participate in team huddles and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential — ready to practice
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings is a plus
Comfort working 12+ hour day shifts on a weekend schedule (Fri–Sun)
Local candidates preferred due to LOCAL ONLY schedule

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing (PN/LPN) program
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and basic nursing skills
Medication administration and documentation accuracy
Effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced care setting
Empathy, patience, and a resident-centered approach to care
