Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents with dignity and respect
Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
Monitor residents’ condition and promptly report changes to nursing staff
Help create a warm, safe environment that promotes comfort and independence
Document care accurately and communicate clearly with the care team

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain if required by facility)
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings/immunizations
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Reliability and a caring approach to resident-centered care

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completed CNA training program and active CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Basic clinical skills for resident care and ADL assistance
Familiarity with infection control and safety procedures
Good observational skills to notice changes in resident condition
Strong interpersonal skills for working with residents and families
Ability to follow care plans and accurately document care provided
