Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care including assistance with activities of daily living
Take and record vital signs accurately and report any changes to the nursing team
Assist with patient transfers, mobility, and safe positioning to promote comfort and prevent injury
Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to infection control policies
Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, families, and multidisciplinary staff
Document care delivered in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications

Active, unexpired Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential (Georgia preferred)
High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) required
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire
Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care setting is a plus
Ability to pass required background checks, drug screening, and health screenings

Education

High school diploma or GED; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamental patient care skills and comfort assisting with ADLs
Ability to take and chart vital signs accurately
Good communication and teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety/infection control practices
Basic charting and documentation skills
