Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care to patients on your unit
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
• Perform thorough patient assessments and document changes clearly
• Communicate effectively with nurses, providers, and support staff to coordinate care
• Support patient and family education with patience and clarity
• Follow infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies to protect patients and staff
• Contribute to a positive unit culture by mentoring peers and sharing best practices

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New Mexico (required)
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain prior to start)
• Comfortable and experienced with overnight 12+ hour shifts
• Up-to-date immunizations and ability to pass background checks as required
• Local candidates preferred (Notes: LOCAL ONLY) and able to work Mon–Wed nights

Education

• Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program
• High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid medication administration and documentation skills
• Patient assessment and basic clinical procedures
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting
• Strong communication, time management, and teamwork
• Ability to prioritize and act quickly in a fast-paced environment
