Shift Type: Days: Not specified, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM Night shift (overnight)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $30 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to patients in the rehab center
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Assess and monitor patient condition; document changes promptly
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
Develop and update individualized care plans with attention to goals
Perform wound care, ADL assistance, and other clinical interventions as needed
Maintain clear, timely charting and comply with facility policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Current LPN or RN license in good standing (state licensure required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Ability to work overnight shifts and provide consistent, reliable coverage
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to complete required background checks and immunizations

Education

LPN: Postsecondary diploma or certificate in practical nursing
RN: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and clinical observation skills
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Familiarity with rehab or long-term care workflows
Comfortable using electronic medical records and point-of-care documentation
Good time management and ability to prioritize in a busy overnight setting
