Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care and assessments
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team
Monitor patient condition, document findings, and escalate concerns promptly
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the patient record
Support facility initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico or eligible to obtain
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS preferred where applicable
Comfortable providing hands-on nursing care in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Ability to pass any required background and health screenings

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Medication administration and IV therapy competence
Care planning and patient education abilities
Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation best practices
Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
Commitment to infection control and patient safety standards
