Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with special procedures in the interventional lab and stress testing areas with precision and care
• Operate and monitor imaging and procedural equipment while following safety and sterile technique protocols
• Provide competent patient assessment, preparation and monitoring before, during and after procedures
• Document procedures and patient status accurately in MEDITECH and other facility systems
• Collaborate closely with the nursing and physician team to ensure efficient, patient-centered care
• Respond professionally to on-call activations and emergent procedure needs when required

Qualifications

• ACLS certification (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (Special Procedures / Radiology / Interventional Lab / Stress Testing)
• Proficiency with MEDITECH or similar EMR systems
• Comfort working day shift hours and participating in on-call rotation
• Relevant facility-required certifications or licensure as applicable (confirm with facility)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of special procedures and interventional radiology workflows
• Hands-on experience with stress testing protocols and monitoring
• Familiarity with MEDITECH electronic medical records and accurate documentation practices
• Excellent patient monitoring and crisis response skills supported by ACLS/BLS training
• Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate care in a busy procedural unit
• Attention to detail, infection control, and procedural safety standards
