Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality XR and CT imaging while prioritizing patient comfort and safety
• Operate imaging equipment (including Canon CT when available) to capture diagnostically useful images
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and dose optimization best practices
• Collaborate with radiologists and the clinical team to ensure timely, accurate imaging interpretations
• Maintain accurate patient records, imaging logs, and quality assurance documentation
• Provide compassionate patient education and support throughout the imaging process

Qualifications

• Washington State Radiologic Technologist license (required)
• AART XR registry (required)
• AART CT registry (required)
• Hands-on experience with XR and CT modalities; Canon CT experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient-care skills for working overnight shifts
• Ability to follow imaging protocols and maintain QA standards

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in XR and CT imaging protocols and positioning
• Knowledge of radiation safety and dose reduction techniques
• Comfort operating CT and general radiography equipment (Canon CT preferred)
• Ability to produce high-quality images for diagnostic interpretation
• Good documentation practices and teamwork with radiology staff and clinicians
