Shift Type: Friday-Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, with call
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $52 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure all equipment is ready for procedures
- Assist surgeons during a wide variety of cases including neuro, spine, ortho, vascular, thoracic, general, trauma, gyn, urology, ENT, robotics, and plastics
- Maintain sterile technique and support the surgical team throughout each case
- Collaborate with charge nurses and managers to keep cases running smoothly
- Float to Walters as needed to support the broader surgical services team
Qualifications
- Current WA state license as a Surgical Tech
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of OR experience
- Trauma experience strongly preferred
- Epic EMR experience a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
- Ability to anticipate surgeon needs during complex procedures
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced Level II trauma environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
