Clinical Laboratory Scientist
Location: Bakersfield, California
Shift Type: Flexible 8-hour shifts available
Candidate Pay Rate: $110 - $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform accurate chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, and serology testing
- Operate advanced lab equipment including Abbott Architect, Stago, and Beckman Coulter analyzers
- Ensure quality results using the Cerner LIS system
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support excellent patient care
Qualifications
- Active California CLS license required
- BLS certification required
- CDPH license required
- Experience in chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, and serology
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong skills in chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, and serology
- Familiarity with Abbott Architect, Stago, Gem 500, Beckman Coulter DxH, DxU Iris, BD Bactec Fx, Cepheid, and Biofire equipment
- Experience with Cerner LIS system
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
