Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Help patients regain independence through meaningful daily activities
- Create personalized treatment plans that make a real difference
- Collaborate with an amazing interdisciplinary team
- Document progress and celebrate patient milestones
- Float between Fairland Center and Larkin Chase Center as needed
Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapist license in Maryland
- Strong clinical skills and compassionate approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient assessment and treatment planning
- Activities of daily living training
- Therapeutic exercise and adaptive equipment
- Progress documentation and care coordination
