Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate MedSurg and Telemetry care to a diverse patient population including COVID, respiratory, GI, diabetic, TIA, CVA, and surgical patients
- Interpret basic telemetry strips and sign off at least once per shift
- Collaborate with remote monitor techs and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
- Float to East Campus or PCU when qualified, supporting seamless care across units
- Deliver patient education and support during every stage of the care journey
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience reading basic telemetry strips
- Some experience with general, orthopedic surgical, CVA, and TIA patients preferred
- Cerner experience recommended
Knowledge & Skills
- Telemetry interpretation and strip sign-off
- MedSurg patient care across multiple specialties
- Comfort with BiPAP, CPAP, and high-flow oxygen equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to float between units
