Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional physical therapy care across both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Treat a diverse caseload including ortho injuries, fractures, neuro conditions, wounds, and general debility
- Collaborate with an amazing interdisciplinary team that truly supports one another
- Precept students or new staff members when the opportunity arises
- Build genuine connections with patients in a close-knit critical access community
- Document care with attention to detail and clinical excellence
Qualifications
- Current Texas PT license and national PT license required
- BLS certification
- IP/OP experience strongly preferred
- Wound care experience is a plus but not required
- Passionate about making a difference in patients' lives every day
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in treating general ortho, neuro, wound care, and debility cases
- Comfortable working in both inpatient and outpatient environments
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude
