Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert respiratory care to mostly adult patients with occasional pediatric cases in the emergency department
Manage ventilators and deliver life-supporting treatments including BiPAP and nebulizer therapies
Assist with intubations and provide standby support during conscious sedation and cardioversion procedures
Perform arterial blood gas draws and monitor patients on advanced respiratory equipment
Collaborate with a lead therapist and multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality inpatient care

Qualifications

Active Washington RT License required
RRT or CRT certification accepted
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Strong ventilator management skills and NICU experience essential
Competency with bubble CPAP for 32-week and older neonates

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator skills with PB 980, Philips V60, and Respironics Lumis equipment
Bubble CPAP management for level 2 nursery patients
ABG draws, BiPAP setup, and nebulizer treatments
Conscious sedation and cardioversion standby support
Team collaboration with 4+ RTs on night shifts
