Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week including both day and night rotations
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU/PCU setting
- Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery expectations
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient safety
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska
- Minimum 1 year of ICU or PCU experience
- Current ACLS, BLS/BCLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Critical care nursing expertise
- Ability to manage high-acuity patients
- Comfortable with both day and night rotations
- Team collaboration and adaptability
