Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate cardiac monitoring and drip titration for adult and geriatric patients
- Manage continuous EEG monitoring while delivering exceptional patient care
- Collaborate with charge nurses and patient care techs to maintain optimal 1:4-5 ratios
- Float to medical floors, ICU, or rehab units as needed to support the broader care team
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Active RN license with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum one year of progressive care experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required at time of submittal
- Must live outside the 50-mile radius and not be currently employed by CommonSpirit facilities
