Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver integrated, holistic nursing care to adult and occasional pediatric patients on the Med-Surg unit
Coordinate with the healthcare team to prioritize patient health needs and ensure safe, efficient care
Educate and actively involve patients and families to help them achieve and maintain optimal health
Practice professional nursing that meets and exceeds Montana state and national Nurse Practice Act standards

Qualifications

Active Montana RN license required
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg nursing experience
Graduate from an accredited nursing program

Education

Graduate from an accredited nursing college

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
Comfortable caring for both adult and occasional pediatric patients
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
