Location: Caldwell, TX
Start Date: 07-06-2026
End Date: 09-28-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, no weekends
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assessments and treatments for a mix of inpatient and outpatient patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for ortho, neuro, wound care, and general debility cases
- Collaborate with a supportive nursing and therapy team to optimize patient outcomes
- Precept new staff as needed to ensure quality care
- Document patient progress accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
- Active Texas physical therapy license
- National physical therapy license
- Current BLS certification
- IP/OP experience required
- Wound care experience preferred but not required
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical skills in orthopedics, neurology, and wound care
- Ability to manage a caseload of 7 treatment hours per day
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptability to treat diverse diagnoses in a critical access hospital setting
