Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 48

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to PCU patients, including cardiac, vascular, and medical-surgical cases
Titrate critical drips such as Heparin, Nitro, and Amiodarone
Monitor telemetry strips and interpret rhythms independently
Collaborate with charge nurse and interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and medication management
Adapt to floating assignments to MedSurg or ICU as needed

Qualifications

Current RN license in Nebraska or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Competency in Arterial Line management
Valid driver's license for distance verification
Flexible team player with strong communication skills
