Location: Frisco, Colorado

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour day shifts with call; includes weekends and holidays. Example call shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality vascular, abdominal, renal, thyroid, breast, and carotid ultrasound exams
Operate GE and Philips ultrasound equipment to capture diagnostic images
Collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate interpretation of studies
Maintain patient comfort and safety throughout imaging procedures
Document and archive images using PACS and Epic systems
Participate in on-call rotation covering nights and weekends

Qualifications

Must hold ARDMS certification (RDMS, RDCS, or RVT) - RVT preferred
Current BLS certification required
Strong vascular ultrasound experience is essential
Proficiency with GE and Philips ultrasound machines
Experience with Epic EMR and PACS systems
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced radiology department

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in vascular, abdomen, liver, renal, thyroid, AAA, breast, and duplex vein imaging
Skilled in performing carotid duplex and venous studies
Knowledge of human anatomy and pathology relevant to sonography
Proficient in PACS and electronic medical records (Epic)
Excellent patient communication and bedside manner
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple exams efficiently
