Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide skilled physical therapy services to a diverse caseload including outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled patients.
Evaluate and treat an average of 8 patients per day, focusing on functional outcomes and quality of life.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, adjusting as needed to maximize progress.
Collaborate with the rehab team and nursing staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
Document patient progress accurately to support continuity of care and reimbursement.

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in North Dakota (or ability to obtain before start).
Current BLS certification required.
Experience preferred but we are happy to train the right candidate - new grads welcome!
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
Comfortable treating across multiple settings: outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing.

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Patient education and motivational interviewing techniques.
Time management and organizational skills to handle a varied caseload.
