Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload with some inpatient coverage
Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
Collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare professionals

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist license required
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Previous outpatient experience preferred but new grads encouraged to apply
Strong communication and patient education skills

Knowledge & Skills

Patient evaluation and clinical reasoning
Treatment planning and goal setting
Manual therapy techniques
Therapeutic exercise prescription
Documentation and EHR proficiency
