Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional occupational therapy services to orthopedic patients, focusing on upper extremity rehabilitation including shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Document patient progress using ReDoc and Meditech systems as required.
Cover outpatient orthopedic caseload (80-100% of patient population).
Participate in department-specific orientation and ongoing training.

Qualifications

Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license required.
BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.
Experience with orthopedic upper extremity cases preferred.
Ability to work 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday.

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation and upper extremity conditions.
Skills in patient assessment and treatment planning.
Familiarity with ReDoc and Meditech documentation systems.
Lymphedema training is a plus.
